At Urban Retreat, located in Redding, California, we have designed our approach around the modern spa goer. The treatments are the center of our universe, focusing primarily on effectiveness, with a generous dose of luxury and relaxation while still addressing ones specific needs. The environment is simple, clean and aesthetically interesting without the weight of the normal spa pretensions or attitude. Our fabulous services include: 
 
Massages: Our massages are all done by certified massage therapists.  They are trained in Swedish, sports, acupressure, reiki, reflexology, hot stones, raindrop therapy, pregnancy massage, and head neck and shoulders.  Aromatherapy can be incorporated in any massage.
 
Body Treatments: Sugar/Salt scrubs, Wraps, Body Bronzing, and Tanning.
 
Facial treatments: Our facials are all incorporated with benefical Epicuren product by our licensed estheticians.
 
Beauty Treatments:  Waxing services, Eyelash tinting, Eyebrow tinting, Lash extentions, and teeth whitening.
 
Spa Manicure and Pedicure:  We have amazing manicure and pedicures that are all incorporated with OPI polish.   Paraffin treatments may be added to any manicure or pedicure.  All are licensed nail technicians.
